REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR EVENT APPLICATION


1-Petition

The name of the event, the type, the date / date range planned to be held, the appropriate hall / gallery and the name, surname, address and contact information of the applicant should be included.

2-Autobiography

The resume of the artists and the performances / exhibitions previously performed / participated should be presented.

3-Content of Event

Visual / video record or internet link for the performance of the artist or community should be added. The theme of the event should be presented briefly.

Applications for the eventsand exhibitions can be made directly to Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center by petition or by e-mail.
